OUR PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
Here at Circuit Works, we offer 2 choices to personally train with us.
Choice #1 is One-on-One Private Training sessions with just you and your Trainer.
Choice #2 is a Simi-Private training session with your trainer along with up to 4 others (maximum 5 at atime).
Both choices give you the opportunity to be more specific with your training goals and will give you more insight on how to safe and effectively get the most out of your workouts. The simi-private sessions simply offer a less expensive way to do Personal Training. Our Personal Training is by appointments only. Simply call or email us to schedule your sessions.
HOW TO PREPARE

Check-in for your appointment at the front desk2
Hydration: Drink an adequate amount of water before your session to stay properly hydrated throughout the workout.3
Nutrition: Fuel your body with a balanced meal or snack containing carbohydrates and protein about 1-2 hours before the session. This will provide the energy needed for optimal performance.4
Attire: Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive footwear that allows for a full range of motion. Dress according to the type of exercises you'll be doing and the weather conditions.5
Communication: Prior to the session, communicate with your personal trainer about any specific goals, concerns, or limitations you may have. This will help them tailor the session to your needs and ensure a safe and effective workout.6
Warm-up: Arrive a few minutes early to your session to warm up properly. This may involve light cardio exercises like jogging or jumping jacks, followed by dynamic stretches to prepare your muscles for the workout.7
Equipment and Accessories: If there are any specific equipment or accessories recommended by your trainer, make sure to bring them along. This may include workout gloves, resistance bands, or a water bottle.8
Mental Readiness: Prepare yourself mentally by setting clear intentions for the session. Focus on being present, motivated, and ready to give your best effort. Maintain a positive mindset and embrace the challenges as opportunities for growth.Remember, preparation is key, but also be open to the guidance and expertise of your personal trainer. They will
